Where do I get good quality mortgage leads?
For anyone that is currently a loan officer, broker, AE, etc. Where do I get quality mortgage leads from? Can I get some good referrals? Exclusive leads that are not over priced. Many of the lead suppliers are big ripoffs and I hear too many bad stories. I need leads!!! Cold calling doesn’t work for me. I personally do not buy anything from a telemarketer PERIOD so I do not want to do business as a telemarketer myself. Personally I do not think that cold calls are professional no matter how people swear it’s the best way to go. I prefer speaking to people who has requested to speak with me. Please help! Thanks!

Ron M. answers:
Have you tried trigger leads? At least with triggers you are contacting someone who just tried to qualify for a loan. Some people will argue the use of trigger leads but they have a much higher rate of return than most other methods. There are a ton of sites out there that offer them. However, I’ve been using Triggerleadsdirect. Www.triggerleadsdirect.com. Talk to Amy… You’ll get a better deal than the standard $3 per name if you bargain a bit. Tell her Bill refereed you… I might get a discount next time

Susan asks…
What leads some people to believe in many conspiracy theories?
There are people who like to make a conspiracy out of anything, and believe all the nonsence stories. What is it about some people that leads them to go with the odd explanation? Is it an attention thing? Or somethign about wanting to be in the minority? Or just gullability? But I suppose it will depend on the person.

Ron M. answers:
There’s been quite a lot of research into this area.
They usual score very highly on paranoid traits when it comes to personality tests (unsurprisingly). What’s also really interesting is that despite claiming to be big thinkers, they’re very selective about the ‘evidence’ they cite. More interesting, they tend to go with a somewhat illogical conclusions ‘it was aliens’ or elaborate government hoaxes which, to the rational mind, aren’t believable.
Have a look at the link at the bottom which might help answer your question.
I think it’s important to separate trolls from conspiracy theorists though as over the net it might be harder to spot the distinction between the two.

What is the best leads to connect a guitar amp head to a quadbox?
I know you can use regular guitar leads but is the any difference using more top end leads, maybe a reduction in noise or interference?

Ron M. answers:
I’m a little confused, and it my just be the Texan in me.
When you say “lead” I think of the connection between the guitar and amp, but “quadbox” implies to me that you’re talking about the AC power connection, so I’ll address it from that angle.
Any noise or interference from the power line likely got into in way before the outlet you’re plugging into.
I’ve seen advertisements for power leads that cost over $100. Heck, I found an outlet that was about $150. The problem I have is this…what about the hundreds of feet of cheap wire from the outlet to the breaker box, and then to the utility pole.
My opinion on power cables is this…if the wire is of a sufficient gauge as to minimize the I-R drop, and the connections on each end are of good quality and construction, then it should do the job.
BTW, I feel the same way about speaker cables as well. In fact, I use AC power cable for my speaker cables.
Now, cables for low level signals (like a guitar lead)…that’s a little different story. The signal is much more fragile, is much more subject to interference and cable capacitance. I still don’t buy into the “$1000 cable” hype, or even a lot of the hyperbole I read from Monster Cable. If the cable has great shielding, relatively low capacitance, and good construction it should do the job.
Just my opinions…your mileage my vary.
