Do you have an effective Network Marketing Recruiting strategy that generates new leads and adds distributors to your downline?
Find out how to create a recruiting strategy that will help you not only recruit more distributors, but also find and target those higher quality distributors that are going to generate some serious volume for your business.
Ideally, you want recruits you can mentor, partner with, and learn from at the same time. Once you have an effective network marketing recruiting process in place – this will become much easier.
The Network Marketing Recruiting Process – Bite-Sized Chunks
Potential recruits will need to be taken through several channels and peices of content (most likely) before they are ready to commit to joining you in business or purchasing your retail products.
Your job is to continuously educate them and further move them through the process with each point of contact you make. Don’t try to move them too far, too fast and make sure your system weeds out the time-wasters and tyre-kickers.
Developing Your Network Marketing Recruiting Process
You want to position yourself as an expert in your industry (even if you’re not). There are so many different MLM and home business opportunities out there, the only way YOU can stand out is if you sell YOU and not the opportunity.
This is a fundamental change from the strategies your upline is probably teaching you – but trust me it works!
Develop something useful to give your prospects that will help them in their business, this could be a free guide, video series, coaching sesssion – anything that captures their interest. Make sure that before you give anything away you capture their email address and other contact details.
Now you have a basic network marketing recruiting system in place you need to generate leads. There are countless ways to do this both online and offline.
I generate the majority of my leads online nowadays and rarely pick up the phone to call cold leads, but for some people it still works.
The difference is that now you are not ‘selling’ your opportunity but ‘helping’ someone succeed in network marketing.
This is whats known as ‘attraction marketing’.
Online Network Marketing Recruiting
If you’re engaging in your mlm marketing strategy using the internet and attraction marketing, you’ll need to follow the rules of the “net.”
The main rule of the internet states that “content is king.”
Content rules on the net. The more content you have, (and the better that content is) the better your performance and sales.
Your prospects don’t always know what they’re looking for when they go online but they do know they’re looking for “information.” (and solutions).
Position yourself online as the “solutions provider”. This your first step in Network Marketing Recruiting.
Once you’ve started to create content, you can then follow the other steps needed to generate leads and recruit distributors to your business.
If you’ve struggled with your mlm recruiting efforts in the past, take what you’ve learned here today and begin to break down your recruiting process into small, bite-sized chunks.
Doing so will allow you to effectively move your mlm recruits through the sales process so they’re more pre-sold by the time they get to you.
